I live in Washington, DC with my husband, Blair, and enjoy spending my free time teaching and practicing yoga, going on long walks through my neighborhood, listening to podcasts, visiting my local farmers market and traveling all over the world.
I practice health coaching based off of the concept of bio-individuality™, coined by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition - the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieve a healthy lifestyle. In addition to nutrition, I work with my clients on stress management, exercise, work-life balance, relationships, pre-conception and pre-natal health, and non-toxic living.
I believe that achieving a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be complicated or stressful.
Life is meant to be enjoyed and by gaining a better understanding of what makes us feel good, we're able to spend more time doing what we love.
